We will start with RUNES, which is a form of divination for insight and guidance. Next, we will delve into RITUALS for the intention of achieving desired outcomes, and finally, we will discuss REMEDIES to help relieve challenges within our bodies. I offer these sessions that bring well-being through an energetic exchange with my clients. Attunement is offered and achieved through the use of crystals, elemental energy, and Norse influenced healing methods. There is a good amount of energy exchanged through my hands being placed over the endocrine glands, nervous system contact points, organs, and systems of the body. I invite the participant to connect to the Source of life within them and guide them if they are unsure of how to. The goal of Attunement is to increase the energetic flow while removing blockages to that flow so that my client's core reality can emerge. The Attunement current activates the free flow of universal life energy between the spiritual and physical dimensions of the body, bringing balance, harmony, health, and well-being.

A conscious attitude of acceptance, compassion, gratitude, and creative expression in life increases the flow of the Attunement that then brings wholeness and wellbeing. The conscious attitudes that are essential to the Attunement experience can evoke new emotional and thought-provoking experiences. You are fully clothed during the attunement, so please dress in something comfortable. 50 minutes $110 This offering also includes a 15-minute COMPLIMENTARY follow-up call with me, so I can check-in and see how you are feeling.

A three-rune casting will be done to assist you with what you would like guidance from spirit/source on. Runes by nature give a much more blunt reading to other divination methods, such as tarot. I use the traditional wooden Elder Futhark runes for all of my readings. My readings are carried out using traditional methods and my runes are cleansed in between readings using the five elements, earth, air, water, fire, and spirit. Please remember that rune castings should be used as guidance and you are always in control of your own destiny and choices in life.

During the casting, I will spend some time meditating on your name and question (if you have one) while connecting with spirit. My interpretation of the answer to your question/s is based on the runes cast, where they landed, and how they landed. Your casting will be sent to you digitally with a picture of your readings and a PDF file with my casting written out for you. This offering also includes a 15-minute COMPLIMENTARY call with me to discuss any further questions you may have. The call must be done within 72 hours of you receiving your casting. $55
